wonderful stay in a beautiful twin room!

I really enjoyed the gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area included twenty loungers plus a shaded section, great. the beautiful twin room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very convenient. the hotel also provided a complimentary mini bar, it had soft drinks and snacks, a lovely touch!
the hairdryer in my room was of a lower standard, similar to what you might find in a three-star hotel. it required constant pressure to operate, a little inconvenient!

The hotel's location offers easy access to many city attractions. I found it easy to explore nearby areas. it is very close to shopping malls. the area felt quite safe and accessible, even late at night.

The hotel staff were attentive, they really were pretty good too help. check-in was smooth. I received a warm welcome. the team at the reception were efficient and helpful, addressing all my needs promptly!

the rooms were clean and spacious, i found the beds to be comfortable. the staff were very cute and helpful too. the location is very central, i will come back again for sure.
the pool was underwhelming, it was not quite what i expected from this hotel. the club lounge was also a letdown for me, as it offered very little in terms of value. there was a complete lack of seating area, relaxation area in the lobby, i found that surprising

acceptable locationdirty roombroken shower
the location was acceptable, close to attractions.
The room cleaning was not up to standard. I found hair on the sofa. the sliding door to the toilet kept getting stuck, annoying. the rainfall shower didn't work despite attempts to fix it, and there was mold on the sink. It was disappointing.
